CAMBIOS Y DEVOLUCIONES

Customer service will manage your request of return, taking 24-48 hours. Important: The return of an item does not include the return shipping costs.

STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR RETURNING AN ITEM
1. I prepare my product with the original packing and contact us at ventas@presstok.com. Then, you will receive an email by Presstok / Courier Company indicating the date and time of collection of their return.

2. On the date and time indicated, the courier will go through your home for the item collection.

3. As soon as the package reaches to our store, the refund of your purchase will be made through the payment chosen before.
